[BoulderCouncilHotline] Consent Agenda Item 3E

In order to alert my colleagues, staff and the community, and in light of the very substantial community interest in this matter, I am requesting that item 3E be pulled from  tonight’s consent agenda to be rescheduled as a public hearing at a later time by staff and CAC. Item 3E is as follows:

“Consideration of a motion to approve Selection Committee recommendations for members of the Police Oversight Panel as outlined in Title 2 Chapter 11, “Police Oversight” BRC 1981 pertaining to the composition, duties and powers of the City organization related to civilian oversight of the police, and setting forth related details.”
