This email serves as an update to the motion language for consent agenda item E – Consideration of a motion to approve Selection Committee recommendations for members of the Police Oversight Panel, as outlined in Title 2, Chapter 11, “Police Oversight,” B.R.C. 1981 pertaining to the composition, duties and powers of the City organization related to civilian oversight of the police, and setting forth related details.



Updated motion language should read as follows:



Motion to approve Selection Committee recommendations for members of the Police

Oversight Panel, as outlined in Title 2, Chapter 11, “Police Oversight,” B.R.C. 1981,

with a term starting date of February 9, 2023.
