[BoulderCouncilHotline] BVSD Board approved IGA on Modular Factory

Dear Council,
As requested by CAC -- last night the Boulder Valley School District Board approved the Intergovernmental Agreement regarding the Affordable Housing Modular Factory on the consent agenda. The version they approved is the same as the one under consideration by council tomorrow night and includes revised access language as requested by council on Nov. 17.
