[BoulderCouncilHotline] Consent Agenda Item 3C Ordinance 8491

Good afternoon,

Please find attached a revised Ordinance 8491 (Item 3C on the Consent Agenda) for consideration at tonight's council meeting.  It was noted that several changes needed to be made prior to tonight's meeting.  Most significantly, the date of the public hearing in Section 3 (which is January 4, 2022, not December 14, 2021, as noted in the packet version) and the omission of "a portion of" in Section 6.  There are a few more non substantive changes that were made as well.

The revised Ordinance for consideration at tonight's council meeting is labeled Item 3C Ord 8491 Revised.  A redlined version is also attached, showing the edits made, labeled as Item 3C Ord 8491 Edits Relined.
