[BoulderCouncilHotline] Request for Council approval of amicus brief.

Under matter from the city attorney tomorrow I will be asking for council approval to participate in a Supreme Court amicus brief being drafted by the city of San Francisco.  The issue is the constitutionality of a federal statute criminalizing assisting individuals who have entered the country illegally.  I am attaching a brief agenda memo.
