[BoulderCouncilHotline] Gender Identity - Legislative History

This morning at CAC there were questions regarding the legislative history of the adoption of the gender identity protections in the city's Human Rights Ordinance.  These provisions were added in 2000 when the council adopted ordinance 7040.  I am attaching the first and second reading memoranda, which were considered by council on January 18, 2000 and February 2, 2000 respectively.  The second reading packet includes a memorandum from city attorney Joseph N. DesRaimes, III would coordinated the effort.
