[BoulderCouncilHotline] Slight correction: Number of 10, 000+ sq ft lots in Boulder

Fellow Council Members and HOTLINE Followers,

In my questions for staff in the previous HOTLINE post, I meant RL-1 zones, not RH-1 zones, so these are my questions:


  1.  How many lots in Boulder in RR, RE, and RL-1 zones are greater than 10,000 sq ft in area?
  2.  Of those lots, approximately how many demolition permits are issued each year?  What is the median size in sq ft of the replacement home?
  3.  Of those lots, approximately how many major renovation permits are issued each year? What is the median size in sq ft of the resulting home?
