[BoulderCouncilHotline] Number of 10,000+ sq ft lots in Boulder

Fellow Council Members and HOTLINE Followers,

In preparation for our discussion tonight there are a few questions that I hope staff can prepare answers for:


  1.  How many lots in Boulder in RR, RE, and RH-1 zones are greater than 10,000 sq ft in area?
  2.  Of those lots, approximately how many demolition permits are issued each year?  What is the median size in sq ft of the replacement home?
  3.  Of those lots, approximately how many major renovation permits are issued each year? What is the median size in sq ft of the resulting home?

I do see what is included in the proposed ordinances the median size for all new homes and all demolished and replaced homes, but was curious if can assemble the figures for the larger lots we are discussing.
