Dear Staff, 

The staff memo on ADUs references the Compatible Development ordinance in several of the 12 staff proposals.

Would staff please prepare, for tomorrow evening, a slide or two illustrating and summarizing the ordinance? In addition to a summary, please provide an illustration of how FAR, side, front and rear setbacks might play out in a typical scenario (7,000 sqft lot) looking to build a detached ADU.
