Yes, I am working with development review staff on a summary of the compatible development regulations and will have typical site plan showing all the setbacks, FAR, etc. -- as that was requested by council member Morzel in February.

Dear Staff, 

The staff memo on ADUs references the Compatible Development ordinance in several of the 12 staff proposals.

Would staff please prepare, for tomorrow evening, a slide or two illustrating and summarizing the ordinance? In addition to a summary, please provide an illustration of how FAR, side, front and rear setbacks might play out in a typical scenario (7,000 sqft lot) looking to build a detached ADU.
