[BoulderCouncilHotline] Call up of Gunbarrel concept plan

Council, 

I have spoken with a couple council members regarding the call up of the concept plan in Gunbarrel. I'm not sure if I want to call up this concept plan but do think it would be helpful to have a council discussion tonight regarding some questions:

Is there any on-site affordable housing?

Does boulder really need yet another hotel?  Could this instead be permanently affordable housing?

Reduction in parking is significant which I'm generally okay with in most cases but this is the edge of town and wonder where overflow parking might go?

I'm generally fine with the mix of uses (except the hotel) but do have these questions as well as questions regarding a height modification.
