Just a heads up that I am interested in discussing the call up of 341 Spruce tonight. My concern is a 2-car garage on an alley in the Mapleton Hill district on a smaller and narrower lot such as this. I am also concerned with the size of the proposed building and ask if that is to eventually also include an ADU.
