Dear CAC

Since the 2nd reading of the co-op ordinance was rescheduled from sept 6 to oct 4, I assume it is ready for review by council and the public. Can it be made available  to the public ASAP, especially given the level of public interest in this issue?  Releasing the ordinance 4 days before the hearing will not be adequate for the public to consider.
