Hello Sam,
It was a pleasure to meet you and your fellow council members last week in Boulder.  Thank you for taking the time.  Below is the information I talked with you about regarding the federal carbon fee dividend legislation and municipal resolution.  
I've just begun working it through our system here in Salt Lake and hope to pass it before the year's end.
Bill Barron, the Citizen's Climate Lobby contact person for Utah, told me yesterday that CCL has several active members in Boulder.  I've cc'd Bill on the email, should you want to reach out to your local experts.
Let me know if you are ever in SLC and our council would be happy to show you around.
