There is some confusion with respect to Ordinance No. 7970 on pages 119 - 128 of your packet.  The agenda memo describes changes between first and second reading as those double-underlined
 in Section 8 of the ordinance.  However, in the packet ordinance, all of the underlining was changed to double underlining, except in Section 8.  The only changes between first and second reading are to Section 6-16-7(b)(3) on page 125 of the packet.  Attached
 is the ordinance with only those changes shown in bold and double underlined.  All of the other changes to Chapters 6-14 and 6-16 are single underline/strikeout and were changes shown in the first reading packet.
