Please be advised that at yesterday’s CAC meeting, the following requested amendments were made to the January 19, 2023 Regular Meeting Council agenda:

              To ADD:

  *   Item 1C – National Day of Racial Healing Declaration to be read by Council Member Benjamin

To REMOVE:

  *   Item 5B – Continuation of second reading and consideration of a motion to amend Ordinance 8556, amending Title 9, “Land Use Code,” B.R.C. 1981, to update the use table and use standards related to industrial uses and districts - MOVED to February 2nd Regular Meeting


These actions will be confirmed at the start of the meeting with a motion to amend the agenda.
