For council's consideration at the July 21, 2022, City Council meeting, Agenda Item 3D - Even-numbered year elections ballot item, has been updated/revised with the following:


  1.  Updated Agenda Memorandum
  2.  Revised Proposed Ordinance 8541
  3.  Alternative Proposed Ordinance 8546

Please note that revised Proposed Ordinance 8541 includes a change to Sec. 22 only - changing "ballot issue" to "general."
