[BoulderCouncilHotline] Hotline Request - Item 3C Joint Terrorism Task Force MOU

Dear Community Members, Council and Staff,

I have requested moving item 3C off the consent agenda.  I have questions about the bounds of information sharing we are being asked to consent to, that seem more appropriate as a discussion item.  I would also like to allow the public the opportunity to ask questions about this MOU before finalizing my decision.
