Please be advised that the following items are requested updates to the subject agenda as discussed at this morning's CAC meeting.


ADD:

  *   Item 8A - Boards and Commissions Subcommittee Update on Proposed Process Changes


MOVE:

  *   Item 3C FROM "CONSENT AGENDA" to "PUBLIC HEARING" Item 5C - Approval of Joint Terrorism Task Force Cost Reimbursement Agreement Memorandum of Understanding - Between the FBI & BPD  - Public Hearing form is now OPEN to sign up to speak.  Form Closes at 4:00 pm. tomorrow.

The motion to approve these changes to the agenda will be part of tomorrow night's proceedings.
