[BoulderCouncilHotline] Item 5A - Continued 2nd Rdg on Ballot Items - revised

Good afternoon Council and Hotline followers,

Attached please find a revised Item 5A Agenda Memorandum with attached proposed ordinances for tonight's meeting.

The only difference between yesterday's agenda packet and the attached agenda packet is the unchanged ballot item ordinances 8539 and 8540 no longer have "passed" in the title and motion language.  Those two ordinances are simply going to be continued to September 1, 2022.

Final adoption of all five ballot item ordinances is scheduled for September 1, 2022.
