In response to Council Member Folkert's Hotline of August 16, 2022, please find attached an alternative Proposed Ordinance 8545 that addresses her concern.  The additions are tracked and highlighted.  If council desires to adopt the alternative ordinance, the motion shall be:


Second reading and consideration of a motion to adopt by emergency measure alternative Ordinance 8545 amending Sections 2-1-2, "Council Meetings," 2-2.5-11, "Location and Special Procedures for Governing Body Meetings and Departments," and 2-3-1, "General Provisions," B.R.C 1981, allowing for boards, commissions, and City Council members to attend meetings virtually or in-person; and setting forth related details
