Dear Staff,

Thank you for your hard work on form based code proposals for Alpine/Balsam. Below are two very general questions I plan to ask at tonight’s meeting.

  1.  What have we learned about FBC from application at Boulder Junction and how is that reflected at Alpine/Balsam?
  2.  What are the primary differences we can expect to see at buildout between BJ and AB?
