[BoulderCouncilHotline] Activate COVID Exposure Notifications

Hello Hotline readers,

I am writing to ensure that everyone is aware of an easy new tool the state has implemented in our fight against COVID:  COVID exposure phone notifications.

This is a new feature you can easily enable/activate on your phone; then in the event that you cross paths with another person who has this feature enabled, and who is subsequently diagnosed with COVID – your phone will alert you to the exposure.  The more people who turn on this notification feature – the more helpful the tool will be for all of us.  Notably, the feature will NOT collect or store any of our personal information.

This is a simple, but crucial step we can all take to keep our rates as low as possible.  My exposure notification is already enabled! Instructions (it’s easy) and further information about this new notification feature can be found here<https://www.addyourphone.com/>.
