[BoulderCouncilHotline] Tomorrow Evening's Study Session Discussion on Measures on the 2020 State Ballot

Good Morning Council Members,

A discussion of the statewide measures on the 2020 ballot has been added by CAC to your study session tomorrow evening. You may use this time to direct staff to develop a resolution indicating positions on one or more measure and then vote on that resolution at your October 20 business meeting.

The text, title, and an impartial analysis by the Legislative Council of the Colorado General Assembly of each of the initiated or referred constitutional amendment, law, or question on the ballot is available online at: http://leg.colorado.gov/sites/default/files/blue_book_english_for_web_2020_1.pdf. Moreover, I have developed and attached a spreadsheet that briefly summarizes all eleven measures.
