[BoulderCouncilHotline] Proposed Amendment to Ordinance 8391

I am attaching a proposed amendment to the version of Ordinance 8391 that was in the packet.  I will place a copy on the dais.  The amendment would address notices of hearings and the timing and procedures for development applications.
