[BoulderCouncilHotline] Coronavirus (COVID-19) preparations by City of Boulder and Boulder County

Fellow Council Members and HOTLINE followers,

Over the past several weeks, city staff have been speaking with health organizations to be prepared if a confirmed case was found in Colorado. While no confirmed cases have been found in Boulder as of March 6 (two confirmed cases have been found in Denver, and 3 total in Colorado), staff have worked closely with Boulder County, Boulder Public Health, the CDC and partners across the county to monitor the spread, prepare public messaging and work on response plans should the virus reach our community.
