Dear Members of Council:

Attached to this email is another ordinance that the council may consider regarding the No Evictions Without Representation Petition.  The staff and members of the committee, along with Council members Aaron Brock and Bob Yates discussed some approaches to reaching the committee's objectives with provisions added to make the ballot question compliant with the Tax Payers Bill of Rights in the state constitution.

I anticipate that the committee members and City Attorney Tom Carr will address this draft in their comments to the council this evening.
