Hi Mary - thanks for your question. There are two great places that you can find the unfunded capital needs and I am attaching both to this email. In the 1st reading memo, Attachment A outlines the unfunded needs presented in April. Most of those remaining unfunded are capital but there are some operating needs as well. The other place is in the CIP section of the budget book<https://www-static.bouldercolorado.gov/docs/2020_Recommended_Budget_8.28.19_FINAL_-_Opt_for_web-1-201908281510.pdf?_ga=2.195448172.1100896647.1569787828-1684388883.1569271238> (beginning on pg. 145). Each department has a section in the CIP that highlights unfunded capital needs. I have pulled out each department and put it into a comprehensive document for ease of review. Please let me know if you need anything else.
