Per tonight's discussion on calling up the hotel proposal at 30th and Pearl, I thought I would share a report presented in April 2017 at the annual lunch of the Boulder Hotel Motel Association. 

While this was presented in 2017, it is clear from this report that hotels in Boulder are not at 100% capacity.
