I, too, was planning to pull this off the consent agenda and ask for it to be scheduled for a public hearing for March 19, given that tonight our meeting is scheduled to go for 5:35 hours and 3/19 looks like it is less (4:35 hours),  I think before the city signs on to a 10-year contract with Verizon at one of our recreation centers, we should hear from the public and, as a council, we should have a public discussion before voting on this matter.
