All,

Item 2F (Consideration of a motion to enter into an IGA with local agencies within Boulder County that describes how Federal TIP funds will be allocated to member communities and appoint a council member and alternate to serve on the DRCOG Boulder County sub-regional forum) of the Agenda for the Regular Meeting of the Boulder City Council for February 6, 2018 includes a draft copy of the IGA that has been updated with minor revisions.  Minor revisions of most interest include removing Ward and Jamestown from the IGA (neither municipality is officially recognized as a DRCOG member) and reducing the number of forum members that represent a quorum from 7 to 5.

A copy of the most current version of the IGA is attached.  Please let me know if there are questions or comments about these revisions.
