[BoulderCouncilHotline] Update to Council item 6A - Jaipur Literature Festival

This message is intended as a follow up from the discussion at CAC this morning about the item that is the History of the Jaipur Literature Festival event production in the city of Boulder and an update on the 2018 event, that is scheduled for the April 3, 2018 City Council meeting under Matters from the City Manager. Please note that Council direction is requested instead of a Motion, the memo was revised accordingly, and the on-line packet is being updated.
