At the request of council in preparation for the study session on Feb. 28 regarding Alpine-Balsam, the following link<https://bouldercolorado.gov/links/fetch/34269> summarizes the analysis and reasons that led to the conclusion to not reuse the main hospital. An incomplete link had been provided in the study session packet and it has since been restored. In addition, photos and drawings associated with the Medical Office Pavilion have been added to the Alpine-Balsam website<https://bouldercolorado.gov/planning/alpine-balsam-hospital-reuse-2>. The images of the Medical Office Pavilion include floor plans, showing the relationship to the main hospital and photos of the building.
