In the spirit of no surprises, at tonight's study session I would like to propose a tweak to the vision statement for Alpine-Balsam.

Proposed vision statement:
“Alpine-Balsam is envisioned as a vibrant multi-generational hub for community life and city services – a welcoming and inclusive new model for affordable sustainable living.”

With tweak:
"Alpine-Balsam is envisioned as a vibrant multi-generational hub for community life and city services – a welcoming, inclusive, fair and equitable new model for affordable sustainable living.”
