Good evening, council colleagues,

I will not be at our study session tomorrow a due to work obligations but i am sending you the materials below regarding my current cc committees, committees on which id like to continue, and those on which i would like to transition off. Please contact me if you have questions regarding the specifics of the board or anything related. 

Committees on which I currently serve

I'd like to continue on:

Beyond the Fences Coalition
  More than just the rocky mtn greenway;  as this committee is evolving in its interests, the "front range trail" coming north from Golden also is in the discussion
It may be helpful to add a cc member as an alternate 

Rocky flats stewardship council:
I'd like to continue.  Sam has been the alternate for rocky flats and has kept up on the informational materials over the past recent 2 years and I'm assuming, given his following this committee as the alternate, would like to continue. This is a somewhat heavy board given the multiple layers of mass amounts of detailed and scientific information associated with it. As I will leave this responsibility in 2019, it may be prudent to to appoint another cc member as a second alternate.  Carl Castillo now serves in this position but I assume would continue to be our policy advisor. 

Charter committee: I'd like to remain on this for 2018

Executive employees evaluation: I'm the remaining cc member given Andrew is now not on cc
For consistency and smooth transitional turnover, I'd like to stay on for 2018 and work w a new cc member on this committee. I plan on not being on this committee starting 2019. 

Chautauqua: my appt is a 3-yr term on which Ends at the end of 2019. 
I do think having an alternate might be helpful but don't know if that is allowed

Sister cities
I'd like to stay on the:
Sister cities subcommittee
Kisumu
Nablus

University hill commercial revitalization group
Need a new cc member to replace Andrew Shoemaker
Group has 2cc members assigned so need another cc member

I'd like to get off of the following but would be happy to help whatever cc member who would like to take on this responsibility

Resource Conservation Advisory Board

Cc retreat committee

BVSD issues committee

New committees I'd be happy on which to serve:
West Connect
If not completed in the next two meetings, I'd like to serve given I've followed this for the past 10+ years and know the detailed history and background on this issue.
