In light of the most recent packet material, reflection on comments made at the last Council meeting, and questions raised during the recent study session, I request that Staff be prepared to explain what projects (City and Community) are prepared for execution in the event of a 3 year (compared to 5 or 6 year) extension, and what could be accomplished with a 3 year extension that would allow for new applications sooner and would not lock the community in for 5-6 years.
