Thanks for your email.  I assume that you are directing it to me, although it is the city clerk that is responsible for providing notice.   You must have missed the discussion of this at CAC.  It will be placed on as a matter from Mayor and Members.  If there is a motion, it will be subject to public hearing as provided in council rules.  The agenda will be amended and re-sent to everyone (council, directors, press) as well as re-posted on the Website.  It will also be placed in the bulletin board in the lobby.

Tom,

This morning at CAC, an additional item was added to our agenda for late tomorrow night that would occur after Council discusses and votes on the Nablus item. 

That issue is for Council to discuss and vote on whether council will hold a public hearing for the third reading of the co-op ordinance.  Since Council will vote on that, I assume we will open a public hearing on this. How do you plan to notice this so that the public is aware of this?
