Would you  please clarify for me the state regulations and how they differ from the city of boulders regulations when it comes to marijuana especially the retail level marijuana. If you could elucidate some of the major differences with regard to what the city of Boulder requires with respect to safety, fire inspection etc. I would greatly appreciate it.
