The agenda memorandum suggests language that would impose the SmartRegs requirement on all short term rentals.  At CAC, council members expressed concern that this was not council’s intent.   The members present believed that council intended
 to apply SmartRegs only to accessory units in a detached structure.  The attached amendment would implement that intent.
