Staff is recommending that council, sitting as the Board of Directors of the Boulder Municipal Property Authority, adopt Amended and Restated Bylaws for the Authority to update titles of city officials and conform to current law.  The Bylaws adopted decades ago required seven day written notice to the board prior to amending the bylaws.  This e-mail is to serve as that notice.

Attached are the proposed Amended and Restated Bylaws.  These changes are housekeeping and not substantial.  A copy of the original Bylaws is also attached.  The Amended and Restated Bylaws and the resolution for adoption, as well as an explanatory agenda memo will be in your agenda packet for the September 15, 2015 meeting.
