Re:  Agenda item 8A – Call-Up Item: S’PARK Site and Use Review (LUR2015-00010), page 355 of the City Council Packet
 
Please note that under the Notice of Disposition, summary of the approved heights (page 364) there are errors on the notice of disposition for this agenda item. As written on the disposition of approval, the heights are not consistent with
the heights shown on the approved plans dated August 21, 2015 that were approved by the Planning Board.  The summary in the disposition states:
 
·        Maximum principal building height:
Request to allow the buildings to exceed the by-right height maximum of 38 feet: 

Ciclo: 44’-6”; Markt: 49’-1”; Railyards: 50’-0”; Timber Lofts: 49’-8”; Meredith House: 47’-2” 

 
The correct summary should read:
 

·      Maximum principal building height:
Request to allow the buildings to exceed the by-right height maximum of 38 feet: 

Ciclo: 44’-6”; Markt: 54’-9”; Railyards: 54’-5”; Timber Lofts: 51’-10”; Meredith House: 48’-29”
