Owner Accessory Units (OAU) are a conditional use in RR-2. An OAU is essentially a "tiny house", but as an OAU  could not be required to be affordable (state law prohibiting rent
control) unless it is made available for sale and to do that the lot would have to be subdivided.


What latitude do we have at annexation to allow exceptions to code such as # of OAUs within an area, allowance of non-standard lots, etc.?
