During last night's key note presentation, there was much enthusiasm displayed (in the form of clapping) whenever Pyatok mentioned neighborhood planning. 

I would like to request that, as part of the series of housing presentations, we bring a planner or two from Madison or any other city that has successfully utilized this model.
