Hi Tom,

Would it be possible to create some preliminary language for exemptions as itemized below to have on hand for tonight's meeting?

1. Buildings that directly serve the public: Projects like a performing arts center, an arts pavilion, a fire station, a children's center, a museum, hospitals, public/private collaborations,
etc. would be uses encompassed by a height modification that provides a direct public use.

2. Historic preservation: Height modifications for additions, restorations or new construction within a landmark boundary.

3. Industrial uses that house or require single components of unusual sizes.

Thank you!
