Hi Lisa,  There is not a public hearing tonight.  When the packet was sent out last week, the plan had been for this to be a public hearing (which is why it shows up that way in your packet), but at CAC the decision was made to move this to matters from mayor and members since this is a report from the council subcommittee.  I understand that this will move forward to a joint Board meeting and back to council at a future date.

In our packet, item 3 (request for cc direction regarding Chautauqua lease) is listed under public hearings. I thought there was not a public hearing tonight but wonder now if there is. Could someone let us know?
