Western has customers who purchase orange bags rather than have regular trash pickup. This is a lower cost alternative that can be used by people who generate very little trash.


What provision could be made in the proposed ordinance that would permit the orange bag customers to continue to be orange bag customers, other than having them wait curbside are alleyside for the trash truck on a pickup day?
