Following up on my comments at the last Council Meeting (at 2:05 on the Channel 8 video) and in light of the article in the Camera http://www.dailycamera.com/news/boulder/ci_25957809/wildlife-officials-early-season-euthanization-2-bears-boulder 
 it would be useful to receive an update on how soon the bear canister requirements can/will go into effect.
