Folks,

Sorry for the multiple emails.  I am getting great feedback from the community on making the document more clear to those who don't live in the spreadsheet world.  Attached is one more version of my growth projection that is organized better, and clarifies what are the data, what are the sources of the data and projections, what are my assumptions, and what are straight calculations.  

The point of the exercise is to try and lay out where we are headed over the next 20 years, and what the implications of that might be in terms of potential quality of life and environmental impacts.  I wanted to get this out in advance of the retreat.  This version replaces all previous ones.
