[bouldercouncilhotline] Hotline: Audio Recordings of Board Meetings

We should find another way of presenting audio recordings so that one can move through the recording to find the place one is looking for. The Planning Board hearing on December 4th is presented in four different segments of roughly two hours each here.
 The problem is, the slide bar on the recording is too short--perhaps one half inch—to be able to move forward in segments of three or five or 15 minutes.
