I though this article was very interesting, since it presents how New York City is evolving its approaches to dealing with its housing affordability challenges.  Since we are dealing with the same types of issues in Boulder on a smaller
 scale, I thought you might be interested in how the process is shaping up in NYC.  The article discusses the different policies that have been implemented and are under discussion, and some of their tradeoffs.
